Once the issue is verified, we will:

  • Ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

  • Arrange the return or pickup of the incorrect product sent to you.

  • Ensure the replacement is processed as quickly as possible.

The incorrectly delivered product must be kept 100% intact and in its original packaging until the return or pickup is arranged.

Please do not use, open, or alter the product if you have received an incorrect item, as this may affect your eligibility for replacement.
