Our Return & Exchange Policy

Note: Natural Products May Attract Bugs 🐛
As our products are natural and minimally processed, they may occasionally attract small insects or bugs. If you find bugs in your product, please do not panic. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the affected product, subject to verification.

At Juggun’s Organics, we aim to make your shopping experience as authentic, smooth, and satisfying as possible.

1. Product Issues From Our End

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, contaminated, or has another valid issue caused by our end, we will replace the product without charging you additional shipping costs.

You must inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and the issue for verification.

Once the issue is verified, you will need to return the affected product to us. After we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement product at the earliest possible time.

2. Product Issues From the Customer’s End

If the return or exchange is requested due to an issue attributable to the customer, such as ordering the wrong product, changing your mind, or another reason not caused by Juggun’s Organics, the return or replacement may be accepted at our discretion.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply, and the customer will be responsible for the applicable return and replacement delivery costs.

The product must be returned unused, intact, and in its original packaging, unless the issue itself prevents the product from being returned in its original condition.

3. Replacement Time

Once your return has been received and the issue has been verified, eligible replacement items will generally be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

4. Important Return Conditions

Return or exchange requests must generally be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
We may request photographs or videos before approving a return or exchange.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to our applicable refund terms.
Natural variations in color, texture, aroma, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects because our products are natural.
