Agreement to Terms
By accessing nurbyjuggun.com ("the Website") and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Products and Pricing
Products are listed with descriptions and prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We work hard to keep everything accurate, but errors can occur. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or part of the Website at any time.

Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to come from resellers or dealers, or where a pricing or availability error occurred. If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Cancellations

Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan and will make reasonable efforts to deliver to the address given at checkout. Delivery times vary by location, courier, and circumstances beyond our control. If we ship the wrong item due to our error, contact us and we will send the correct item at no extra cost.

Returns and Exchanges
Returned items must be unused, 100% intact, and in their original packaging unless stated otherwise. See our Return and Exchange Policy for full details.

Product Use and Skin Safety
Our products are cosmetics for external use. Patch-test before full use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or are under a dermatologist's care, consult them before use.

Billing and Account Information
